Ken Kunnin - Owner

Ken has been training people for over 20 years.  Early years saw Ken teaching Kuk Sool Martial Arts and have now been involved in strength training for the past two decades.  Ken’s focus has always been about finding the way to help his clients achieve the most from their individual challenges and skill/ strength level.  In personal training one size never fits all. Ken prides himself and his staff on their abilities to listen and guide. It is a passion for training that gets Ken out of bed before the sun rises to see what his clients can achieve today

Jarrod Black– Personal Trainer

Exercise Physiologist and personal trainer who has worked at Revolution for the last 6 years.  Jarrod utilizes his sporting background including first grade hockey and college basketball.  His knowledge of anatomy and physiology coupled with his own competitive training make Jarrod a dynamic trainer.

 Jarrod has trained a wide variety of clients from young teens through to older adults. He has also helped people recover from various injuries, getting them mobile and back on the sporting field. Jarrod is competitive, trains hard but still enjoys a laugh along the way.

Carol Sullivan – Personal Trainer

After winning her battle with weight, losing 25 kilos in the process, Carol has strived to make health and fitness part of her life.  Her transformation is such that she studied to become a personal trainer and has worked at Revolution Fitness for the last three years.

In this time she has built a fantastic base of clients who she helps achieve their own goals.  This is done by both encouraging and challenging them push a little harder each session.
