After winning her battle with weight, losing 25 kilos in the process, Carol has strived to make health and fitness part of her life. Her transformation is such that she studied to become a personal trainer and has worked at Revolution Fitness for the last three years.
In this time she has built a fantastic base of clients who she helps achieve their own goals. This is done by both encouraging and challenging them push a little harder each session.
Carol leads by example by achieving her own goals in her strength training and running. Carol has completed several half marathons and full marathons and is always looking for that next challenge.
