<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Congratulations to our Revolution Fitness 12 Week Bayside Weight Loss Challenge competitors. Our grand prize winner was Bruce Tabrett. Bruce lost 20 kilos which amounted to 15 % of his bodyweight.&nbsp;&nbsp;Amanda Jackson came second by percentage,&nbsp;&nbsp; losing 12 kilos which amounted to 14.5 % of her bodyweight. We had several people losing 8-12 kilos, which is really impressive, considering it was over the winter months when most people put weight on.&nbsp; Bruce is a great example because he followed the meal plans, did his cardio at home and was actually only&nbsp;at Revolution Fitness&nbsp;for 30 minutes a week lifting weights. This is a far cry from the Biggest Loser television show, where competitors train several times per day and are fed in-house as well.<br />
